I’m broke BUT I’m happy.

Where was I this weekend? I was in Ormoc for my Lola’s 86th beerday. Last weekend? We
were celebrating Sinulog all over Cebu City. Where I will be this weekend? I don’t know. As far as
being transporation-deprived is concerned, I’m so not going anywhere. Until I
get another ride. Before mid-February, I hope.

I’ve been trying to come up with ways to make money — as
per year 2006 goal of MyMaria. I still need to polish my financial knowledge,
especially on figures and statements. What am I talking about!??! Bottomline: I
need to work hard AND save. Even if it means getting a nose-bleed with all the computations. Math oh Math! The bane of my existence…

Why all the need for ca$h? I have a list of things to buy,
that’s why… and mouths to feed. Gawd! I feel like I have a family to support… at 22! I
have three other people living with me at my apartment and the bills are
killing me.

Speaking of bills, I downloaded a bunch of Bon Jovi classic
hits (for free!) and this particular song, “Born To Be My Baby”, reminds me so
much of how I am living my life now with Banggoy. The lyrics goes, Rainy night and we worked all day / We both
got jobs cause there’s bills to pay / We got something they can’t take away / Our love, our lives / Close the door, leave
the cold outside / I
don’t need nothing when I’m by your side / We got
something that’ll never die / Our dreams, our pride / My heart beats like a
drum (all night) / Flesh to flesh, one to one (and it’s alright) / And I’ll
never let go cause / There’s something I know deep inside / You were born to be
my baby / And baby, I was made to be your man / We got something to believe in
/ Even if we don’t know where we stand / Only God would know the reasons / But
I bet he must have had a plan / Cause you were born to be my baby / And baby, I
was made to be your man / Light a candle, blow the world away / Table for two
on a TV tray / It ain’t fancy, baby that’s OK / Our time, our way / So hold me
close better hand on tight / Buckle up, baby, it’s a bumpy ride / We’re two
kids hitching down the road of life / Our world, our flight / If we stand side
by side (all night) / There’s a chance we’ll get by (and it’s alright) And I’ll
know that you’ll be live / In my heart till the day I die / Cause you were born
to be my baby / And baby, I was made to be your man //

We’ve been playing Poker a lot on the Internet lately. I
think I’m getting good at it. Lolz. I’ve received so many invitations while I
was in Ormoc for a poker game. I declined all of ‘em (Texas Hold’Em)!!! Why?
Ask Banggoy what happened at the casino one time when we went there earlier
this month. *SiGh*

I’ve been experiencing this annoying dull pain at the lower
left side of my abdomen. I’ve had colonoscopy before and I sure don’t want to
go through that again! I wonder what’s wrong this time? I ought to go see a
doctor to get a check-up. Must be a lot of shit stuck in there! HaHa! Also,
I’ve noticed these bumps on my legs. It looks almost cyst-like… (knock on
wood!). There’s one very distinct huge bump that’s been in my right leg since
2004. It’s very negligible UNTIL I hit it (accidentally or what) and then it
hurts like hell… and there’s a few smaller bumps here and there on both my
legs. Hmmm…

Anyway, I’ve decided to sell my PlayStation II with all
original and non-original
gaPs2mes, controllers, memory cards, etc. for only
PhP8T, as well as the Samsung E600C that I gave my mom last year, for the very
cheap price of only PhP6.5T. Both in very good conditions. Gawd! I must be
really broke. Tee hee… But more than happy.
